Order & shipping


Can my order be rushed?


Yes! Expedited Shipping is available at check-out or if you are local to the SF Bay Area we can hand-deliver the order by a courier.


Can I request a specific delivery date?


You sure can! Please add the specific delivery date you'd like in your order's notes at checkout.


When will I get my order?

Typically, orders take 2 days to process and 1-6 days to ship with standard shipping, depending on your ship to location. If you’re in a pinch, email us at hello@blissandbale.com, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your timeline.


If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 2pm PST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.


Local Delivery

-Local Delivery (SF Bay Area only): Orders placed by 1PM will be delivered the same day

-Local Delivery (SF Bay Area only) with Fresh Flowers: 1-2 Business Days


How much does expedited shipping cost?

Expedited shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination.During your checkout, you’ll be able to see the pricing options.


My tracking number says the gift was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

This is a rare situation that’s out of our control and could be because of many different factors including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’d be happy to do the same.


Do you offer local pick up?

We currently are pausing our local pick-up option but may continue it at a later time.


What is the local messenger delivery turnaround?

Local messenger orders placed before 1pm are delivered that same day unless they include fresh flowers. We need at least a 24 hour notice for all Fresh Florals. We can always accommodate if you have a specific delivery date, which can be included in the comments.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship internationally.


Can you include a personalized note in my order?

Yes, we can include your personal note - simply write it in the box when you check out. Your sentiment is handwritten on a note card and placed within your box when shipped.




Help, I accidentally supplied the incorrect information––can I make changes to my order?

We will do our best to accommodate your changes if we have not already sent your order out (our processing time is 1-2 business days). Please email us at hello@blissandbale.com and we’ll do everything we can to help.


What is your return policy?

It is our passion to make giving and receiving gifts a beautiful experience. We unconditionally guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery, and we are here to make certain that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied. If a gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact us and we’ll do all we can to make it right.


My box is a gift, I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown to the recipient.

We never include receipts or packing slips inside our shipments. We guarantee that your recipient will never receive a package that has pricing listed anywhere.


How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation emailed to your address which will include a tracking number.


Will my recipient receive anything via email so they are alerted that a gift is on it’s way?

Nope! Our process allows for the recipient to be surprised at their gift delivery - unless you reach out to them on your own. They do not receive any details from us except the actual gift.
